# Return & Refund Policy – Javiq

At Javiq, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
## 1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return if:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoices are included.
Javiq reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
## 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during clearance, sale, or special promotional offers.
- Opened or used personal care, skincare, beauty, or hygiene products.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products.
- Products showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging.
## 3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product.
3. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
## 5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
## 6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Damaged or defective products.
- Incorrect items received.
- Products approved by our support team.
Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
## 7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Approved prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–10 business days.
## 8. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged item), Javiq will bear the return shipping cost.
- For other approved returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
