Currently, Javiq ships across India.

We are continuously expanding our delivery network and may introduce international shipping in the future.

## 3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are:

- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time at Javiq's discretion.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

- Share your order number and supporting photos/videos.
